Customer Support Representative
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
Acting as the customer’s primary interface into the call management process and represents their interests and the Service Delivery Centre needs to meet service commitments.
Responsibilities for any given request include: handling telephone calls, e-mail, fax ,monitoring mailboxes for new e-mail (fax, and e-mail).
Perform user confirmation on record closing.
Collecting information from the caller and recording it into logging tool.
Diagnosing problems and determining the severity.
Updating the user on the call status, and confirming with the user that problem is fixed.
Making the month, quarter statistic report two part:
Call center month, quarter report
The TT (Trouble ticket) system Maintenance and report

Requirements:
Has basic technical background to communicate with technical support
Has background with customer service center especially call center preferred
Disciplined and has sense of urgency
Able to articulate correctly the problem and status of the situation
Flexible and open-minded to deal with a variety of situation and people
Flexible and open-minded to adapt to changes
Good interpersonal communication
Able to work under pressure and crisis situation, and at odd hours
Understand Call Management process
Has IT working experience for at least 1 year
Has communication industry experience is an added advantage
Has problem management and change management related work experience is an added advantage
Fluency in English and Mandarin both spoken and written; Cantonese is an added advantage

Sparepart Management

Responsibilities:
Control received and issued material
Control request material to vendor
Control inventory sparepart, tools and machine
Control inventory machine and tools from vendor or customer
Make budget plan sparepart for 1 year and monthly material report usage and stock spare part.

Requirements:
Able to write and speak Mandarin is preferable.
English fluency
Minimum 1 years experience in sparepart management.
Male ore female with maximum age 35 years old.

Service Sales
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
Handing the customers’ extends service, communication, excavating, analyze with customer’s requirements.
Development and sale the extend service, join the extend service bid, customer communication, technical clarification, implement project, contract negotiation and so on.
As a service interface for customer, coordinate the development and resource configuration of extend service, responsible for customer satisfaction and apperceive degree.
Collection the extend service information, reply the information and supply the solution on time.
Negotiation the relationship between all the after-sales with customer, to guarantee customer satisfaction
Clarification the customer’s requirement during the service contract implementation, Making the month and quarter statistic report, getting the certificate of service, supply the support to get the payment of service contract.

Requirements:
Bachelor, computer or communication industry relative
More than 1 year of maintenance experience or after-sales in communication industry
Able to work well independently, in large or small teams
Good communication skills, Commitment and self-motivation, ready to work in a challenging environment Fluent in both English written and orally
Has background with sales, customer service management, project management experience preferred
Has background with basic commercial, finance preferred
Able to work under pressure and crisis situation, and at odd hours

Accounting Manager
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
Design the accounting policy based on Indonesia GAAP and CHINA GAAP;
Manage & supervise all activities in Accounting Dept, including GL, AR, AP, INV, FA, payroll, tax etc.
Prepare periodical financial statement accurately and timely;
Accept external audit and internal audit;
Ensure all the accounting issue comply with local law;
Implement internal control in accordance to SOX.

Requirements:
Hold bachelor degree or above from accounting/finance;
Minimum 5 years accounting experience in MNC including at least 3 years on management level;
Be familiar with Indonesia GAAP and International GAAP;
Own more than 2 years experience of Oracle ERP;
Good leadership & managerial skills;
Able to work as team and individual;
Able to work under pressure;
Good articulation in English (written and oral), Chinese will be advantage;
Qualifications including CPA, ACCA and etc is preferred;
Experience in audit firm is preferred.

PLN Coordinator
(Makasar-Banjarmasin-Balikpapan)

Responsibilities:
Having good connection with PLN / Power Government Company is preferred.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering is required.
At least 1 years experience in PLN / Power Government company.
Be able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
Action oriented, results driven, aggressive and persistent.
Energetic & Team Player.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Requirements:
Having good knowledge for Power PLN work process, procedure & problem solving in term of PLN issues.
Responsible to manage Power PLN works from start survey, application until connection on site.
Ensuring Work application, Bill of Quantity Survey and Installation for Power PLN is done as proper.
Be able to negotiate with Subcontractor PLN/AKLI in term of budget oriented.
Coordination with Subcontractor CME and Subcontractor PLN/AKLI for work progress of application and installation work.
Be capable of indentifying the possibility of PLN application and proving the real situation in the field.
